It’s officially here… Dave Naber’s new website and blog.
Born and raised in Boulder, with more than thirty years of real estate experience, Dave Naber has ranked among the Rocky Mountain Region’s top brokers. He is now a member of the Compass team in both Boulder and Vail, where he has been skiing since the 1970s. With a business driven almost exclusively by referrals, Dave anticipates client needs, providing tailored and highly responsive service.
As an advocate for his clients, he navigates unknown terrain with a calm demeanor and steady hand, wisely negotiating each deal and empowering them to make educated real estate decisions. Working with him, you might see some houses, then put on cleats and go on a bike ride together, explore a powder day, or discover the best restaurants a short walk from CU-Boulder, where Dave graduated with a history degree.
Benefiting from his strong relationships with local contractors and other service providers, you could easily connect with a master carpenter who creates exact finishings to match details in your new vintage house, or an architect who can bring your modern design vision to life.
Dave has bought and renovated residential and investment properties in Boulder and Vail, including one of downtown Boulder’s oldest homes. Building on his happy childhood memories, he and his wife Becky now share a deep love for skiing, hiking, and mountain biking in both towns with their daughter, Hattie. (Ask him about their golden retriever’s favorite sunrise spots, or his collection of thousands of vintage outdoor photos from Boulder, Vail, and Aspen.)
Through expert and honest guidance, Dave cultivates clients over decades—serving Boulder, Front Range Mountain towns (Nederland, Wondervu, Jamestown, Ward) and the Vail Valley. With a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented approach, Dave embodies and loves to share the best of Colorado living.
I can’t say enough good things about how WONDERFUL Dave Naber was during the entire process; including what surely must have been one of the most protracted, difficult closings in the history of Boulder real estate. Dave did everything from helping me get the house ready to sell, to marketing the property, to handling a string of unexpected crises (at times, it seemed all we were missing was a biblical plague of locusts). Throughout, he was supportive, helped keep my spirits up, and never lost his sense of humor. I am singing Dave’s praises (and passing out his cards) to everyone I know in Boulder.
